Central place with easy transport facilities to beach and center of town.
Simple room and pure breakfast.

Just for people to know, this bed and breakfast is a converted three bed flat in a block in the outskirt of town. Just be aware of that and don't imagine this is some kind of hotel like accommodation. I will only recommend this for young people where comfort and noise is not too much of an issue. Breakfast is too basic (plastic cup of coffee out of a dispenser and a few biscuits and cereals) I would have prefer at least fresh coffee for 75 euro a night.

B&b was very clean and the staff was very friendly and helpful. The cost for our room included a daily continental breakfast and that was really delicious.
Our room, for four girls, was a bit small.

The owner was not there when I arrived. - i waited about half an hour for him to turn up along with 2 other girls who had a booking...then he told me I was staying in a different appartment block so I had a mad drive around Cagliari to find where the apartment was with him...when we got there it was OK but the room was very very small and high up on the 2nd floor so I could not be bothered to take all my bags up there....! The owner also said to me at first that dogs were not accepted (although it says they are on the website)....but then he changed his mind....and said it was OK!! The room was OK but there was no room to make breakfast which you had to do for yourself.......very difficult.....and it was all packaged stuff...not the best breakfast I have had!! Apart from that it was clean and comfortable and once I worked out where I was it was OK....

A very friendly host, the attitude was relaxed and he made a great effort to speak English with us. It's situated an equal distance between the city centre and the beach, so neither is very far away, and the bus runs right past the house which is really convenient. The room was clean and bright, with a small but good bathroom, and i felt like i was staying in a typical sardinian home.
The breakfast was good, but it did get repetative.

Hotel staff is very friendly and ready to go an extra mile to meet your extra needs. A lot of thanks to them. Rooms are clean and recently renovated. Many bus stops near by.

It was an acceptable service overall.
It is a bit far away from the city centre by foot (especially in summer heat), but buses are frequent. The breakfast was below our expectations and quite simple.

The Host was very friendly, accommodating and informative, and gave us numerous bits of advice which were invaluable (especially regarding the confusing location of the information office!). It is located between the beach and the old town, which is handy, and the buses are close and frequent. There is also a fantastic cheap pizza restaurant round the corner - highly recommended!
